Why is it important to keep a diary?

The key to understanding your diabetes is found in your daily habits. Logging this information gives you vital awareness of factors impacting your blood sugars, and reveals areas for improvement. 

Here is an example of a typical week to get you started.

Download the log-book below and track your daily routine for at least one week (two is better). Then just take it with you to see your endocrinologist or diabetes educator.
